We're a small, but growing, specialist rubber stamping, scrapbooking and paper crafting retailer based in Cardiff, South Wales. We're committed to offering the best possible products around at the best value price and we love to hear from our customers.

Every product in our store can be reviewed by you, our customers to help your fellow crafters choose the product that's best for them. We also review our products and let you know about their good points as well as any bad points so you can make the right choices for you.

What makes us different to the other craft shops and online stores?

The answer to that is simple - you! We want to be involved as possible with our customers in as many ways as possible. This isn't a fuzzy 'we take all customer comments on board' statement, it means that every day we will be asking our customers what they want to see next, what they think needs improving.

For example: if we have a choice of six new paper ranges to take on next month we would ask our customers which is their favourite, and that is the one we would stock.

Some customers recently told us they wanted to visit us in a real life bricks and mortar shop: actually loads of you did! Since we learned how important this is to our customers we are looking for a  shop  in the Cardiff area. We can't promise to act on every suggestion, but the more you tell us the better we will get!

Tammy Ashwin-Kean
A complete crafting addict, Tammy has over ten years experience in the retail sector and has worked in the craft industry for the last five years. When she's not busy buying products and dispatching orders she can normally be found playing with her beloved Melting Pot.
